Elaboration and aging:Bodegas del Palacio de Fefiñanes was founded in 1904, making it the oldest winery in Pontevedra. The winery is located in the basement of the palace of the same name, erected by Viscount Gonzalo Sarmiento Valladares in a square filled with stone buildings and circular balconies. Joaquina Armada and Miguel Gil, owners of the palace, were the ones who started the winery and the first ones who bottled and labelled an Albariño wine.
