Tasting notes:
- Bigarreau cherry colour.
- Nose: Complex, with aromas reminiscent of ripe fruit and spices.
- Palate: Powerful, tasty and ripe tannins.
Elaboration and Aging:Bunches destemmed and without crushing, covered in stainless steel tanks. Cold pre-fermentative maceration at 5ºC for 6 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for 10 days with three pumpovers a day. Total maceration for 16 days. Uncovered by gravity and vertical pressing. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Curiosities:Uvas Felices (Happy Grapes) is the result of the association of several well-known winemakers in Spain. Its aim is to unite efforts to present wines from different Spanish regions and protected under the mantle of the distributor Uvas Felices. The wine projects that make up Uvas Felices are Ca N'Estruc, L'Origan, El perro verde, Fenomenal, El Jardín de Lucía, Sospechoso, Venta Las Vacas, Paisajes, La Locomotora, Viña Al Lado de la Casa and El Hombre Bala.
