Ramón Bilbao Reserva is a red wine made with typical Rioja red grapes. It is distinguished by its high intensity of black fruit and fresh red fruit with sweet spices. It is also a very balanced and fresh red wine. It represents the knowledge and flavour of the Rioja Alta. It is one of the benchmark wines of renewed classicism, in which the prominence of the fruit stands out. Ready to drink and with great ageing potential.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Garnet red colour, medium-high intensity. Clean and bright.
Nose: Complex and intense aromas of ripe fruit and spicy notes typical of the ageing process together with hints of pastry.
Palate: In the mouth it is intense, fresh, with good acidity, ripe tannin and very well integrated alcohol.
APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: Rioja.
WINEMAKING: Made with Tempranillo, Mazuelo and Graciano varieties.
AGEING: Aged for 20 months in American oak barrels.

In the 1990s, this firm played a key role in the renovation carried out to give Rioja wines greater fruit presence and concentration.
