CATA'S Note:
- Colour: intense cherry colour.
- Nose: floral and fruity aromas of delicate nuances, perfect harmony.
- Palate: unctuous and elegant with a great expression and persistent finish.
Elaboration and Aging:Red wine made with bunches of Garnacha grapes. Only old vines with a reduced production are used for this wine. Selection by hand, grain by grain, selection tables by vibration and weight. Grape destemmed without crushing. Long and controlled macerations applying temperature regulation in stainless steel tanks. The pressing is carried out with pneumatic presses and then malolactic fermentation is carried out in new French oak barrels.
The aging phase lasts
14 months in new French oak barrels.
