Tasting notes:

  • Cherry red color, bright and very thin.

Development and aging:

100% made from grapes Mencia coming from, freshest clay soils with cultivated vineyards on steep slopes facing east and north. Small plots of ancient vineyards distributed on the slopes of the mountain belt that makes up the wine Bierzo.
