Tasting Note:
- In mouth: It has a soft touch, very fine entry of the bubble, notes of strong maturity, tofee, pinon bread, pastry, covers the mouth well, the skin of nuts, rosemary, rye, malt, praline, bread comes to mind dry. Good touch of the foam that in some parts of the mouth reminds us of the cream, very well modulated carbonic.
- Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
- Nose: like a smoke brand, toasted, montana flowers, walnut, which will most likely melt in a gentle aroma of butter, caramel with milk, earth, forest, figs and brown glaze.
Preparation and Aging: Aged for 78 months, Xarel·lo and Macabeo coupage from 150 hectares of organic vineyards.

Finca Font de Jui The Font Jui Estate consists of 22.5 hectares. Of these, 15 are from Xarel·lo and 7.5 from Macabeo.
