Montesquius cava Brut Nature is made from the typical varieties of the Penedes area (Macabeo, Xarel.lo and
Parellada) with the traditional method Champenoise. His aging required between 9 to 12 months in underground cellars at a constant temperature (18º / 20º) and in an optimalto environment. It is a fresh, aromatic and harmonious cava. Ideal as a nightclub drink as well as with any meal.
Montesquius Brut Nature has an expressive pale yellow with greenish reflections, small bubble and constant evolution. Aromatic with fruity notes derived from different fresh fruits (grapefruit, apple). The palate is clean and subtle acidity. Its bubbles are very docile and discreet.
