Tasting notes:
- Straw yellow with fine bubbles.
- Aromatic nose with high intensity, memories of white fruit and nuts. In addition to aniseed and baked fruits such as baked apple.
- In the mouth it has a persistent flavour. Balanced on the palate, volume and creaminess.
Elaboration and Ageing:Alta Alella is a family project. After a career making wine halfway around the world, from Alella and the Penedès to Priorat, Rioja and Ribera del Duero, even in France and Italy as technical director within the Martini group, the combined projects of the winery.
