Tasting Notes:
Elaboration:
Barricas and tradition is a good start to define a pacharan as the Baines Oro. In its beginnings, in 1844, Liquors Baines used the barrels as deposits for the elaborations. Therefore, and knowing the effects of the wood on the product, the original process has been maintained. Oak barrels of 500 liters in which they macerate, for a minimum of six months, selected endrinas, in quantities of about 250 grams per liter.
