After opening we will show a selection of flavors and aromas of sweet molasses, honey, vanilla, chocolate, cocoa and hints of butter cookies with a background of cognac. The finish is long and is loaded with predominating shades of caramel, raisiny and warm wood. Prepared in Trinidad and Tobago based on a selection of rums made from molasses cane by native Angostura house. Rums have an aging process of at least 12 years in barrels selected with different level of roasting and origin woods.
