Tasting note:
Color: Transparent
Nose: Floral, with notes of summer meadow followed by soft, spicy juniper and citrus freshness.
Mouth: The dry juniper is the protagonist, to give past notes of lemon cake and orange marmalade, all in perfect harmony. Dry and spicy finish with a touch of lemon pie.
Elaboration:
Obtained by quintuple distillation with a single copper still called Prudence. It uses 10 carefully selected botanicals from around the world: Macedonian juniper berries, Bulgarian coriander seeds, French angelica root, Spanish licorice root, Italian lily root, Spanish ground almond, Chinese cassia bark, Cinnamon bark Madagascar, Sevillian orange skin and Spanish lemon skin.
Curiosities:
This gin is born of the desire to return the production of this to the place where he earned his name, London. With a clear guino to traditional handmade production, this gin combines tradition with a family recipe from a master distiller of the eighteenth century.
