Winery CYAN is one of the wineries most recognized and admired by national and international critics for the quality of its wines since it was founded in 1999.
Just 12 km from the Zamorano town of Toro, the landscape adopts the rhythm characteristic of the undulating forms of these lands with slopes of light slope and gentle hills. The winery is located on the road that links Toro with Venialbo, shortly after the municipality of Valdefinjas. It consists of three naves, one half buried, where the barrels rest, and the other two crowning a hill, from which you can see an impressive view of the region and its vineyards.

The modern facilities of the winery are equipped with the necessary machinery to achieve the final objective of the highest quality. It has a park of 600 barrels, mainly French oak.
Its production barely exceeds 150,000 bottles per year, an amount that allows to maintain a quality standard within reach of very few wineries in the D.O. Bull.

For the production of all the wines from the CYAN Winery, a selection table is used, which allows the grapes entering the tanks to be of the highest quality.
Bodega Cyan has its own vineyard area of 53 hectares, located along the axis of the Valdefinjas valley, from the area of El Palo in Toro to the area of La Jara.
Soils are poor in organic matter, sandy with some surface cascade and clay in depth, which favors the retention of water in times of drought.
The most striking of Cyan, where the variety "Queen" of the area, the Tinta de Toro, is likely to be its surface of old vineyard: two hectares with strains of more than 80 years, planted in traditional frame and with yields that Barely exceed 1000 kg per hectare. Its soils are sandy in surface but with limestone and clay in depth.
The soils that surround the winery are of marked limestone character, providing touches of mineralization and fineness.
